Dietary Needs
We offer the following additional dietary services. These options may incur extra costs beyond the basic service. Please indicate any requested dietary service when booking so we can accommodate your needs and confirm any applicable charges.
Vegan: Fully plant-based menus with no animal products (meat, dairy, eggs, honey). We craft seasonal vegan options that preserve SoCu Kitchen’s Southern-Cuban flavors using legumes, seasonal vegetables, plant-based proteins, and rich, spice-forward sauces.
Vegetarian: No meat or seafood. Dishes may include dairy and eggs unless otherwise specified. We develop satisfying vegetarian plates that balance Southern comfort with Cuban-inspired seasonings.
Pescatarian: Includes fish and seafood but excludes meat (beef, pork, poultry). We offer pescatarian dishes that highlight fresh seafood with mojo, citrus, and Caribbean-influenced preparations.
Gluten Free (Non-Celiac): Menus free from wheat, rye, barley, and their derivatives. While we take steps to avoid cross-contact, this option is designed for guests who do not have celiac disease but require gluten-free meals. Please note we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen unless a dedicated celiac-safe service is requested.
Dairy Free: Menus prepared without milk, butter, cheese, cream, or other dairy ingredients. We use dairy-free alternatives and cooking techniques to maintain richness and flavor.
If multiple dietary services are requested (for example, vegan + gluten free), please specify so we can design a combined menu and provide an accurate price. For guests with severe allergies or celiac disease, contact us before booking so we can discuss whether additional precautions—and associated fees—are required.
